Terms, conditions and Privacy Policy ---------------------------------------------- By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions: Arrival & Departure: Check-In time is at 2:00 PM local time. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM local time. Late check-out requests need to be made directly to Front Desk personnel, and approval is subject to staff discretion based upon availability. An hourly fee of $15 USD is charged up until approved hour of late check-out. Rates: Rates listed are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes and fees. All Rates are subject to change without notice. Taxes: Mandatory Hotel Tax of 9% is charged on the total of the reservation’s Room Rate. Booking & Reservations: Full payment is required at booking to confirm a reservation. Liabilities: Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. Cancellation Policy: Upon confirmation of your reservation, you agree to accept the below conditions: In case of No-Show or Early Check-Out, no refunds will be made; this is considered as a cancellation without the required advance notice. Refunds 100% Refund less $25 USD processing fee if cancellation is requested 30 days prior to Check-In date. No Refunds given for cancellations made less than 30 days before Check-In date; this includes reservations made less than 30 days before any given check-in date
